Hi and welcome to Twirl n Tone Pole Dance Academy . Imagine a studio where everyone regardless of age or gender is welcomed and celebrated. We create a safe , fun and welcoming vibe for all students. whether you are an absolute novice to the experienced aerialist, we have classes for everyone.

Improve your strength, co ordination and confidence with our range of pole fitness, aerial and pole flow classes. Learn to express yourself and find empowerment with movement.

wether that's by strapping on a pair of 8 inch pole heels or flying around an aerial hoop, we can help you find your passion.
